Yoga Retreat at the Baltic Sea
As the days get shorter and darker, we are presented with an opportunity to direct our attention to ourselves: to start restart or deepen our Yoga practice . To support this endeavor the FSY Yoga immersions are held at the Baltic sea – off season, fresh air, very few people around and surrounded by beautiful nature.

The retreats are designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge to adapt your Yoga practice to your needs and goals. No prior knowledge is required and you'll be met where you're at. The curriculum entails the foundational positions with plenty of variations as well as breathing-, meditation and relaxation techniques.

The core programme includes:

-
Two daily yoga classes (90min each)
-

-
Evenings: relaxing and meditative
-
-
A summary of the content and a training schedule for you to continue your practice at home.
-
Mats and Props will be provided.
-
Optional additional content can be booked extra (Massages, Intro Workshops in Yoga philosophy and Anatomy)

location

The small town of Zingst is located on the pensinsula of Darß in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Its proximity to the sea and location away from bigger cities make it a popular holiday destination during the summer months. Off season, the vibe shifts from holiday town to a more quiet and relaxed refuge, charming its visitors with misty mornings and a cold sea breeze. Zingst is one of the few spots in Germany that has the best possible quality of air granting the town the title of Osteseeheilbad (Baltic Sea Medicinal Spa). Shops and supermarkets, a pharmacy and a doctor are available in town.
Activities: biking, jogging, walking along the beach / in the woods, sauna, cold baths, bird watching ...
